How to set permission user cannot change password

Here you can set permission so that no one can change your password from control panel . Now i will tell you the way .

Follow the way to change the password .

1. Start Run (ctrl + r) and type "lusrmgr.msc"

2. Now you see Local user and Groups windows . Go to the properties of username in which you want to set the permissions. Check the box user cannot change the password .
